Jim did a fantastic job fixing my West Elm coffee table, which had fallen victim to a ridiculous amount of dog chewing and abuse. I had gotten quoted at other furniture repair shops ranging from 300 to 600 (one guy even told me I should buy a new one) and Jim priced me at half of the lower end of the other quotes. The other shops also told me they would complete the job within one to three months while Jim completed the work within a week. Other repair shops suggested they remove an entire panel but Jim kept all of the original wood. He is kind, professional, and a miracle worker. I would 100% return and 100% recommend to anyone!”
